Rawfully Good 4 U Cleansing Tips

Cleanse Preparation

  1. Start to reduce the amount of processed foods, refined sugars & chemicals in your diet i.e coffee, wheat, diary, red meat, sugar & alcohol and any other indulgent foods you know are bad for you.
  2. Drink at least 1 – 2 litres of water per day
  3. Start your day with lemon in water to activate your liver enzymes and support your body in cleansing
  4. Ensure you are having more fruit & Veg leading up to the cleanse and if you are a big eater cut down meal sizes so that your body gets use to light foods
  5. Think positive thoughts of what results you would like achieve and how wonderful you will feel at the end of it

Whilst on the cleanse

  1. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day to flush out those toxins and a glass before bed
  2. You can enjoy herbal teas throughout your cleanse but don’t drink any hot drinks 45 minutes before or after you juices as the heat will kill the enzymes
  3. Watch positively up lifting films or documentaries that leave you feeling empowered like “super juice me” by Jason vale, “Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay or the “Law of attraction” by Ester & Gerry Hicks.
  4. Do dry skin brushing every morning to increase your lymphatic system and support the body in the release of toxins, also saunas and steam rooms are a great way to relax and detoxify
  5. Exercise daily such as walking, light jogging, swimming, bike riding, but not high intensity training unless you are on a specific high protein detox as the body wants rest and recuperation whilst cleansing
  6. If you are struggling emotionally or mentally with not chewing food (remember the juices are REAL food) you can eat a couple of pieces of fruit per day or a salad with NO added sauces, salts or sugars
  7. Avoid going out to restaurants or pubs to socialise whilst on the cleanse, as you don’t want to be tempted away from all the good work you’re doing and making it more difficult for yourself with unnecessary craving

Post Cleanse

Wow congratulations you have achieved your goal and reached the end of the juice program, now what will you do?

  1. We suggest continuing to drink the lemon in water, drink 2 litres of water daily & herbal teas throughout the day
  2. We also recommend cutting down on caffeine, wheat diary, red meat, sugars & processed food were possible & opting for whole foods such as vegetable fruits nuts & seeds to nourish your body.
  3. Swop your breakfast for a delicious healthy green smoothie to start the day this will hydrate your digestive system & give you a massive boost of vital vitamins & minerals to start the day with a spring in your step
  4. continue on you road to health & wealth by writing 3 things you want to achieve over the next couple of months & set your focus in that direction, this will give you clear focus & help you move away from those repeating negative patterns
